A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Albert király 1438. május 5-én Budán kelt parancsa értelmében Ochko-i Mihályt és fiait: Imrét és Jánost Chysolch-i Miklós királyi ember Tamás pap, a Nyitra /Nitriensi/ városban lévő Szent Péter vértanú kápolna igazgatója, káptalani kiküldött előtt Elekchy-i Kathona /dicti/ Miklós és Péter, Barch-i Péter, Sarlo-i Márton és Dych-i László szomszédok jelenlétében Lehothka birtokba teljes jogon bevezette.
