Albert király /Romanorum rex semper augustus ac Hungarbem Bohemie, Dalmatio Cruatie etc rex et dux Austrie etc. /meghagyja Nyitramegye triensis/ ispánjának illetőleg alispánjának és szolgabíróinak hogy Maythch-i Gergely panasza tárgyában, mely szerint rokonát, Doby-i Miklóst Wyfalw-i András fia Kelemen Wyfalw-i házához csalva a testvérei: Wyfalw-i Tamás, János és Mihály hozzájárulásával megölte és holttestét pedig az országútra kidobatta, tartson vizsgálatot.
