Ulászló király /Hungarie, Polonie, Dalmatie, Croatie etc. rex Lithwanieque princeps supremus et heres Russie/ meghagyja a váradi /waradiensis/ káptalannak, hogy Gwth-i Orzag János volt királyi tárnokmester panasza tárgyában, mely szerint Losoncz-i Banffy /filius bani/ István Kemen nevű és más szolgái az ő Gwth és Kerthweles birtokait kifosztották, Apacza-i Moyses, és Márton fia Pál, Sennyes-i Benedek, vagy Demeter királyi emberek valamelyike tartson vizsgálatot, s utána idézze meg Bánffy Istvánt a perszonális prezencia elé.
