A garamszentbenedeki (de Iuxtagon) konvent bizonyítja, hogy az országos rendek 1448 szeptember 2-án Budán kelt parancsára Zendy-i Sebestyént, feleségét: Mártát és gyermekeit:Katalint, Krisófot és Istvánt Lodan birtokban Gymes-i Forgach György királyi ember Miklós mester konventi jegyző, konventi kiküldött jelenlétében zálog címén bevezette. - Hátlapján pecsét nyomaival.
