A vasvári (Castriferrei) káptalan előtt Lyhyrth-i Zarka ”dictus” Domokos fia: Péter a vele egy ágból származó ....-i Miklós fiainak: Györgynek és Miklósnak átadja a Hymhaza, Lyhyrth, .... Kek és Dewecher veszprémmegyei (Wesprimiensi), Ketber, Zylwag tolnamegyei (Tholnensi), őket közösen illető birtokokra vonatkozó okleveleket oly feltétellel, hogy ha őt perbe fogják a fenti birtokok miatt, Miklós fiai tartoznak az okleveleket kölcsönadni.
