A budai (Budensis) káptalan előtt Nana-i Kompolt Miklós, a testvére Vencel nevében is eltiltja Bala-i György és Barcza-i László nemeseket a hevesmegyei (Hewesiensi) Aldozothelek, Swrnaythelek puszták, Kysbydes és Naghbydes nevű kaszálók, valamint Chepanthawa, Fylke és Nyarewen halastavak elfoglalásától és használatától. - Hátlapján pecsét nyomaival. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
