A budai káptalan jelenti, hogy Mátyás király 1461 december 1-i parancsára Besenew-i Mihály alnádort királyi adomány címén a magvaszakadt Therpes-i Miklós Heves megyei Therpes possessiójának és a benne levő királyi jognak birtokába - a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében - ellentmondás nélkül bevezették.
