Mátyás királynak, hogy Báthori István országbíró 1473. junius 20-án kelt parancsdlevele értelmében Koltha-i Illés királyi ember vizsgálatot tartott Vas megyében, majd megidézte /Azzonfalwa-i/ Osthfy László Semyen-i kuriájában a panaszosok ellen Jakab apostol ünnepének nyolcadára a királyi jelenlét elé. Papír. a hajtásoknál kissé lyukas. Hátoldalon rányomott zárópecsét töredéke. VASVÁRI KÁPTALAN
