A csornai konvent előtt Osthffy Miklós esztergomi prépost és Azzonfalwa-i Osthffy László fia László - ez utóbbi magára véve fiai: Ferenc és Imre és más rokonai terhét - tanúsítják, hogy a Vas megyei Semyen birtok felét - bizonyos réteket és kaszálókat tartva csak fenn maguknak - 100 arany forintért elzálogosítják Lak-i Kaczor Györgynek és fiainak: Lászlónak és Miklósnak.
