A győri káptalan tanusítja, hogy néhai Thord-i Thordy Bálint Vas megyei Seyen-i birtokrészét, amelyet a néhai Tamás vasvári prépost és győri kanonok végrendelkezése révén zálogjog címén birtokol, 100 arany Ft-ért Demelk-i Ispan Mártonnak, a győri vár (castri Jauriensis) várnagyának zálogosította el - Papír, a hajtás mentén kissé szakadt - Hátoldalon rány.pecsét töredéke - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) GYŐRI KÁPTALAN
