A vasvári káptalan jelenti Garai Miklós nádornak, hogy Chapy-i János kúriai jegyző mint nádori ember és Hollos-i Imre vasvári kanonok mint hiteles ember máj. 13-án Azzonfalwa-i Osth fia Jánost és Osth Ferenc fia Lászlót, beiktatták Felsehephlyngh birtokba tekintet nélkül Groff Pál és mások ellentmondására, a 126 dénármárkát kitevő perbeli bírság fejében pedig Pomogh birtokot foglalták le.
