A vasvári káptalan tanúsítja, hogy Kelemen győri püspök oklevele értelmében Azzonfolua-i Osl fia Gergely mester és Herbarthya-i Osth fia János Vízkereszt nyolcadán esküt tettek előtte a köztük fennforgó ügyben és nyugtatták egymást, Osth fia János ezen felül kötelezte magát, hogy Gergelynek költségeiért 100 arany forintot fizet.
