Vas megye Azzonfolua-i Ferenc fia, Osl László, továbbá Thard-i Bán fia, Demeter, fiai: Benedek, György, Miklós és Imre kérésére meghagyja a vasvári káptalannak, hogy figyelmeztesse Azzonfolua-i Osl fia, Gergely özvegyét, Ágotát, hogy férje birtokait adja át Osl Lászlónak és Demeter fiának, és vegye át tőlük hitbérét és jegyajándékát.
