Pálóczi Máté nádor felkéri a vasvári káptalant, hogy Frathno-i Graff Pált három vásáron kikiáltással idézze meg Szent György nyolcadára a nádori jelenlét elé, miután perbeli ellenfelei, Azzonfalua-i Ferenc fia László és Herbortya-i Osth fia János felperesek megbízottja, Pachyhaza-i Balázs Vízkereszt nyolcadától kezdve a megfelelő ideig várt rá, de nem jelent meg és nem küldött.
