Pálóczi Máté nádor megbírságolja Nemthy-i Hernehius fia András fia Istvánt és Ludbregh-i Györgyöt, akiket a vasvári káptalan oklevele szerint a Sopron megyei Ladon birtokba történt beiktatásnál tett ellentmondásuk miatt megidéztek elébe, de perbeli ellenfelük Azonfalva-i Osl fia László felesége, Anna meghatalmazottja, Pachyhaza-i Balázs hiába várta őket Szent György nyolcadától kezdve 31 napig, István és György nem jelentek meg.
