Báthori István országbíró elhalasztja a Frathno-i Groff Pál és Vilmos továbbá Chorna-i Péter, Azzonfalua-i László fia Bertalan, Osth fia László, Osth János, Demeter fiai: Benedek és Imre, Demeter fia László fiai: György és Miklós között folyó Szent Mihály nyolcadára kitűzött pert Szent György nyolcadára, mivel Chorna-i Péter és Demeter fiai nem jelentek meg az említett nyolcadon.
