A vasvári káptalan tanusítja, hogy Azzonfolua-i Osl László özvegye, Anna kérésére kiküldte Ollar-i Mátyás kanonokot, aki előtt jan. 20-án Korong birtokon Anna a maga és fiai: Ferenc, Miklós, István és László nevében eltiltotta Herbathya-i Osl Jánost és feleségét Kathkot valamennyi magyarországi és szlavóniai birtokuk elidegenítésétől, Gereben-i Panyan-t (?) és másokat pedig azok jogtalan birtoklásától. Hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyoma. VASVÁRI KÁPTALAN
