A budai /Budensis/ káptalan előtt Peren-i Miklós familiárisa: Egri-i László ura nevében tiltakozik az ellen, hogy Zapolya-i Imre Mátyás király kincstartója Miklóst a specialis presentia elé 32. napra perbe hivatta és noha általános perhalasztás volt, arra kényszerítette, hogy a perben feleletet adjon.
