Károly király (Hungarie) meghagyja a váradi (Waradiensis) káptalannak, hogy a Jank-i Miklóstól elcserélt Jank, Hermanzeg, Rythe és Therebes birtokokat Gergely fia István vagy testvére: Pazman királyi emberek valamelyike határolja meg és becsülje fel, hogy Miklósnak helyettük megfelelő értékű birtokot tudjon adni. Datum in alto castro, in vigilia festi sancti Laurentii martiris, anno Domini millesimo trecentesimo quadragesimo primo.
