Visegrád. Károly király (Hungarie) átírva a váradi káptalan 1341. szeptember 3-án kelt oklevelét, meghagyja Bereck fia János mester szatmármegyei (Zathmariensis) ispánnak és Gerche-i várnagynak, hogy Jank, Therebes és más, a Gerche várhoz csatolt birtokokat a Gergely fia István királyi ember által a váradi (Waradiensis) káptalan kiküldötte előtt megjárt határaik között gondosan őrizze meg a várhoz. Datum in Wyssegrad, in dominica invocavit, anno Domini millesimo trecentesimo quadragesimo secundo.
