A Jazow-i konvent jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy 1478. november 11-én Budán kelt parancsára Chepe-i Akos György királyi ember Domokos pap, konventi kiküldött jelenlétében Wgocha megyében vizsgálatot tartott, mely a parancsban foglalt panaszt igazolta. - Kissé csonka állapotban. - Hátlapján zárópecsét nyoma. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Fekete Nagy) JÁSZÓI KONVENT
