A váradhegyfoki (de promonontorio Waradiensi) Szent István-egyház káptalanja jelenti Báthori István nádornak, hogy 1522. december 31-én Budán kelt parancsára Zeremy János kanonok, kiküldött által Kallo mezővárosban megidézte Kallo-i Lewkews Jánost. Datum quinto die diei huiusmodi exhibitionis et ammonitionis premisse (die dominico proximo ante festum Purificationis virginis Marie) anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo vigesimo tertio.
