A budai (Budensis) káptalan jelenti Bathori István nádornak, hogy 1523. március 16-án kelt parancsára Chahol-i András nádori ember János pap, a ker. Szent János-oltár igazgatója nádori ember jelenlétében Szentháromság ünnepén (május 31.) Bathor-i Andrást a pestmegyei (Pesthiensi) Bodogffalwa birtokon megidézte Pereny Gábor ellen (de az Chaholy András nádori embert nem vitte vissza bevallás végett a káptalanhoz, így az idézésnél oklevelet nem adtak ki, csak a mandátuma hátlapjára vezették a káptalani kiküldött vallomását.)
