A nyitrai (Nittriensis) káptalan előtt Mezewkezy-i Palasthy Balázs kölcsönvesz Gymes-i Forgach Ferenctől, Miklóstól és Zsigmondtól 25 forintot oly feltétellel, hogy ha azt ker. Szent János születése ünnepéig meg nem adná, azok elfoglalhatják Nemes András és Chyz Tamás által lakott Mezewtezy-i nyitramegyei két jobbágytelkét zálogba.
