Kornys Benedek Belez-i prépost és a konvent előtt Kewlche-i Jakab özvegye Orsolya a neki férje szatmármegyei (zathmariensi) Kewlche, Cheke, Mylotha, Cheche, Nagyzekeres, Fylesd és Czegen birtokaiból bírt hitbérét és jegyajándékát a Cheke-i kúriával és a Kewlche-i vámmal együtt 200 forintért elzálogosítja Peren-i Gábornak, felhatalmazta őt, hogy a mások kezén zálogban lévő hitbérét is magához. válthassa.
