Buda. Lajos király (Hungarie et Bohemie etc) meghagyja a garamszentbenedeki (de iuxta Grou) konventnek, hogy a Mezewkezy-i Palasthy Miklós özvegye Zsófia, és ezen Miklós fia, István felesége Orsolya javára kiadott másik oklevelét kézbesítse ki Gymes-i Forgach Péternek, fiának: Ferencnek, és Forgach Gergely fiainak: Miklósnak és Zsigmondnak és idézze meg őket 32 napra. Datum Bude, in profesto beate Margarethe virginis et martiris, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo decimo sexto.
