Pest. Herke Pál pesti (Pesthiensis) lakos vallja, hogy a pesti Beechkapw kapun belül lévő, keletről Vince Tamás és nyugatról Baranyai Márton házai között lévő házát eladta Peereen-i Gábornak 160 forintért, melyből kifizetett 10 forintot és a maradék 150 forintot most Peeren-i Gábor familiárisa: Palko Ferenc révén szintén kifizette, melyről nyugtatja. Datum die et loco prescripto (ad octavam festi Nativitatis virginis gloriose) anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo decimo sexto.
