Lajos király (Hungarie et Bohemie etc) a Karol-i András fia István mester apostoli protonotarius és az Ardo-i Szent György-egyház plébánosa által plébániájának elfoglalása és az ő fogvatartása miatt Peren-i Gábor ellen indított pert Szent Mihály tizedik napjára halasztja, amikor a felek, ha közben nem tudnának kiegyezni, tartoznak személye előtt - bárhol legyen is - megjelenni. Datum Bude, feria quinta proxima post festum Exaltationis sancte crucis, anno in ea pendentis millesimo quingentesimo decimo octavo. A jobb alsó sarokban: Lecta. Eredeti, papíron, alján pecsét nyoma.
