Buda. Lajos király (Hungarie et Bohemie etc) meghagyja a Lelez-i konventnek, hogy Peren-i Gábor királyi kamarásmester panasza tárgyában, mely szerint a Wgocha megye által a királyhoz küldött Fanchyka-i Máté és Orozy-i István nem úgy adták elő a panaszt a királynak, amint a megye utasította őket, Rosal-i Kwn Lukács és Péter, Swran-i György, Chaazlo-i Nadasdy Mátyás, Petherfalwa-i Chaakan Máté királyi emberek valamelyike tartson tanúvallatást. Datum Bude, feria quarta proxima post festum Invetnionis sancte crucis, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo decimo nono.
