A nyitrai (Nittriensis) káptalan előtt Mezewkezy-i Palasthy Ferenc a nyitramegyei egész Sook-i birtokrészét: a Pethew László és Zew Dénes által lakott két jobbágytelket és egy épülettel bíró pusztatelket Gymes-i Forgach Ferencnek, Miklósnak, Zsigmondnak, Lászlónak és Sebestyénnek 20 forintért elzálogosítja jótállást vállalva a nyitramegyei Mezewkezy-i birtokával. Datum sabbato proximo post festum beatorum Simonis et Jude apostolorum, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo decimo nono. Eredeti, papíron, hátlapján pecsét töredéke.
