Zsigmond király ([Komanorum rex] semper augustus ac Hungarie, Bohemie, Dalmatie, Croatie etc) meghagyja a Lelesz-i konventnek, hogy miután Peren-i Péter országbíró [fia János] az ő szolgálatában van elfoglalva, a közte és az Egri-i Miklós és a többi nemesek közti pert halassza el. Datum facia, in festo sancte Anna matris Marie, anno Domini millesimo quadringentesimo vigesimo [quinto] regnorum nostrorum anno [Hungaria] etc trigesimo nono, Romanorum quinto decimo et [Bohemie] quinto.
