Peren-i János királyi tárnokmester előtt Peren-i Péter főispán fia János kötelezi magát, hogy Farkas budai /Budeniis/ zsidónak 32 forint tartozását és annak kilenc évi kamatát Szent Mihály nyolcadán megfizeti, amit ha elmulasztana akkor Farkas az ő házát ”in foro sabbati in civitate Budensi habitam in vicinitatibus domorum aobatic de Beel et magistri Clementis prothonotarii domini Ladislai de Palocz iudivis curie regie” elfoglalhatja, abba magát beiktathatja és azzal szabadon rendelkezhetik.
