A szepesi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Sándor országbíró ítélete értelmében Boda fia Miklós Leuk fia Detricus ellen arra vonatkozólag, hogy ”predictus Detricus pro Boda patre eiusdem Nycolai in quinque marcis denariorum fideiussor factus non extitisset” az esküt harmadmagával letette.
