A szepesi káptalan előtt Mihály comes veje Lőrinc, fiának Hylbrandusnak a beleegyezésével vejének, Bank fia Hermannusnak adja ”uno molendino super fluvium Sygra sito excepto, totius hereditatis sue cum filio suo sub monte Ruda et in Sygra a parte comitis Mychaelis consecute et habite quartam partem” azzal a feltétellel, hogy veje tartozik őt másik két lánya kiházasításában negyedrészben megsegíteni.
