A Scypus-i káptalan, minthogy Beukuerch fia Miklós, amikor ”Ladislaum et Nycolaum filios Mykus, filiolos suos” annak a negyven hold földnek a feléért perelte, melyet azok ”a Martino filio Arnoldi de Sumug genero videlicet Zeme” vettek, semmiféle oklevelet nem tudott felmutatni, a jövőben felmutatandó okleveleket semmisnek nyilvánítja.
