A szepesi káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy amidőn az 1387 november 7-én Visegrádon kelt parancsa értelmében Mathefalua-i Kozma fiát Miklóst be akarta vezetni a Mathefalua-i leánynegyed harmadának a birtokába, a beiktatásnak Mathefalua-i Hayas Miklós fiai Vinche és Domokos ellenmondottak. Királyi ember: Kurtweles-i Pál fia Lőrinc. A hátlapon perbeli feljegyzések: Actor est Nicolaus filius Cosme filii domone Marus filie Hille. Dominicus filius Nicolai filii domine Clare filie Hille.
