Zsigmond király meghagyja a nádornak, az országbírónak és az ország összes bíróságainak, hogy Dersi Lóránd fia Barla, aki Jakab erdélyi vajdával ”in specialibus nostris legationibus ad regnum Polonie” megy és testvére Antal és unokatestvére (patruelis frater), Dersi Benedek fia László összes pereit Szent Mihály nyolcadáig halasszák el.
