Zsigmond király meghagyja a leleszi konventnek, szólítsa fel Dersi Lóránd fia Barlaa-t, Benedek fiait Antalt és Lászlót, továbbá Janosy-i Cantor Pétert, hogy a Checher-i Miklós fia Jánosnak és fiának Tamásnak járó bírságot fizessék meg. Kir. ember: Kalaa-i János, Wythka-i Jakab és fia Imre és László, Darah-i János, Gergely, Tamás és László, Waya-i László és Tamás. Átírva a leleszi konvent 1407 április 5-én kelt oklevelében..
