Buthka-i János fia ..... mester, Rozgoni Simon országbíró szatmármegyei bírságszedője bizonyítja, hogy Janosy-i Benedek fia László, Pazon-i Mátyás alispán, Zele István szolgabíró, Kyswarad-i Miklós királyi ember jelenlétében a 3 márka bírságból, amelyben Szécheni Frank országbíró által Chechyr-i Ferenc neje Borbála ellenében elmarasztaltatott, a bírónak eső kétharmad részt megfizette.
