A szepesi káptalan előtt Granch-i Mátyás egy kertrészt ”ubi prius Benedictus filius Bede de Petrouch residentiam fecisset personalem, a parte videlicet aquilonari” ”pro sedecim florenis numeri et computi Scepusiensis, florenum quemlibet per quinquaginta denarios novos computando” elad Petrouch-i István fia Mathe-nak azzal a feltétellel, hogy tartozik őt abban mindenki, főleg Wytkfalua-i László ellen megvédeni.
