A szepesi lándzsászsék a Csantafalvi Péter fia Péter, Kurta Lőrinc és Ábrámfalvi Miklós fia Péter által Csantafalvi Márk fia Lőrinc ellen indított pert elhalasztja. - Hátlapján gyűrűs zárópecsét töredéke. ”Comes Ladislaus filius Kolin de Vrbanfalua iudex nobilium de Scepus” a Chantafalua-i Péter fia Péter, Kwrtha Lőrinc és Abranfalua-i Miklós fia Péter által a Chantafalua-i Márk fia Lőrinc ellen indított pert elhalasztja. Eredeti, papíron, vízfolttól rongált állapotban, hátlapján köriratos gyűrűs zárópecsét töredékeivel. Acta Scep.
