IV. p. Omn. S. Dyosgewr. I. Lajos király Gara-i Miklós nádornak vagy bírói helyetteseinek. Chermen-i Magnus Péter mester udvari nótárius előadta, hogy ügyét Kissaagh possessió tárgyában András és Gergely ellen a nádor előtt megnyerte, de a pert a nádor az általános királyi halasztás miatt lezárni nem tudta. A király megparancsolja, hogy tekintet nélkül a halasztásra az ország ősi szokását tartsa meg a nádor az ügyben.
