feria quarta p. f. penthecostes. Balázs Samson-i plébános Gregorio decretorum doctori, plebano et vicario Thasnadiensi in spiritualibus et causarum auditori generali. Megkapta a Sarmassaghy János érdekében és Borbála úrnő, a néhai Jakchy Imre özvegye ellenében szóló levelét és annak vétele után azonnal elment Erked birtokra, ahol az özvegy bírája és jobbágya közvetítésével, amint ez szokás, Sarmassaghy János kérésére Borbála úrnőt, Jakchy Imre özvegyét a fent jelzett napon az idézéstől számított hatodik napra (jún. 4.) a vicarius elé idézte.
