in quindenis f. b. Georgii mart. A kolosmonostori konvent bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Fermones-i Mihály fia György és tiltakozva jelentette, hogy Fermenes-i András fia Mihály a Zolnuk exterior megyében fekvő Fermenes birtokból elfoglalt egy birtokrészt, amely az exponens sajátja; ezért a bejelentés után tiltotta a nevezett András fia Mihályt az illető birtokrész elfoglalásától és a maga számára való átörökítésétől.
