Sáros megye jelenti II.Ulászló királynak, hogy az 1493 október 31.-i parancsára a megyében megtartott tanuvallatás szerint minden úgy történt meg, amint a mandátum tartalmazta. Tanúként Sóvár possessió nemes és nem nemes szomszédait hallgatták ki. - Papír, 3 darabban. - Szakadásoknál rongyos és kissé hiányos. - 2 zárópecsét töredéke és 4-nek a helye. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
