A leleszi konvent előtt Margit asszony, Sóvári Soós István özvegye, Hathwan-i Mátyás leánya, az őt elhalt férje után annak a Pest megyei Naghhathwan oppidumban s Kyshathwan meg Bessenyew s a Borsod megyei Nyarad possessiókban lévő részei után megillető hitbért, nászajándékot és leánynegyedet vőinek: Rosal-i Kun Kristófnak s Thyba-i Lénárdnak, valamint feleségeiknek adományozza. - Papír, a hajtásoknál kissé rongált. - Hátlapján rány.p.helye – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
