Sáros megye bizonyítja, hogy György deák tokaji várnagy nevében ennek ügyvédje a kitűzött terminuson Sóvári Soós Péter és fia Albert ellenében előadta: A nevezett Soós Albert a sertéstizedből Hannosfalva és Sóvár possessiók makkos erdőiből atyja Soós Péter megbízásából 29 darabot elvitt, ebből 15-öt vissza adott, a többi máig nála van. - Utolsó két sorában 1-1 szó hiány. - Öt zárópecsét helye. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
