Sóvári Soós Péter nevében ügyvédje Sáros megye előtt Swyne-i István ellenében az alábbi panaszt adta elő: Ez István Swyne és Jernye possessiókban lakó, név szerint felsorolt jobbágyaival a panaszos makkos erdejéből az ott legelő sertéseit a saját Sebes possessiójába hajttatta és ott megtizedelte.
