Sóvári Soós György unokája János nevében tiltakoztak az ellen, hogy ennek atyja: Péter mester és a Sóvári Soós család más név szerint felsorolt tagjai Sowar határához tartozó, az Elekespathaka és Lazpathaka folyók között fekvő földet Delne possessióhoz csatolni megengedjenek Delne-i Kakas Jánosnak és név szerint felsorolt osztályos testvéreinek, egyben mind Péter mestert, mind Kakas Jánost és társait ettől a cselekménytől eltiltja.
