A jászói konvent Garai Miklós nádornak jelenti, hogy bírói peticiója végrehajtásaképpen Delne-i Kakas János fiait: András és Márkust, Eperyes s Sceben oppidumok és Zenthkerezth villa vásárjain történő kikiáltással és inszinuációval Sóvári Soós Péter ellenében a nádori prézencia elé Szent György nyolcadára (máj. 1.) megidézték, meghagyván nekik, hogy a név szerint felsorolt familiárisaikat és jobbágyaikat is állítsák elő.
